Things to do in Belize if you walk with a cane

We're looking for suggestions on what to do in Belize when you're not very mobile. We like to take private tours of islands but I haven't seen any recommendations. I walk with a cane so mobility is my biggest issue.

 

Any ideas on what 2 of us can do for a few hours?

Nacho walks with a cane. While he does go on excursions, Cynthia usually drives the van and he won't venture out on some activities, like cave tubing. But the man is a wealth of knowledge on the country, a reservoir of "punnies" and riddles, and can probably put together any type of excursion you desire, or at least make recommendations based on mobility.
