parpot Posted June 3, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2014 Hi, Just back on Saturday from the Indy and wondered if anyone had any news about the young boy pulled from the bottom of the pool and airlifted by helicopter to Brest? It was the most emotional thing to witness and our thoughts go out to his family and everyone around the pool who witnessed this terrible accident. Rare NorbertsNiece Posted June 3, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2014 (edited) There was a post on Sunday from someone who had been on board. They reported the news received on board. I copied their comment to the RCL FB page : "I was on this cruise. The captain informed all the guests that the little boy had made a full recovery and was heading back to the UK." Agree the best news possible.!!! I had been trying to see if any updates in the papers but hadn't seen anything, so appreciated the update. Also congrats to the children that realized what was happening and helped save him, as well as the prompt medical attention on board.
