They are my absolute favorite! We just call them chocolate self saucing puddings over here. Easy and cheap to make. You can even make single servings in a cup cooked in the microwave. Certainly not considered anything you would bother ordering or going out to dinner for here. Just google for the recipe. I've got no idea what a Chocolate Lava cake is, but they had one called something like Chocolate Volcano on the new menu. It was very nice. They had some chocolate rum balls one day at the buffet, lunch time and they were great! Moist, rich and sinful.....
