Nassau Questions

I have a bunch of questions for our first visit to Nassau via cruise ship. (We visited several years ago, staying a few days.)

1. I have seen mentioned passes for the aquarium (DIG) at Atlantis are about $45pp, and about $125-$150 for the pass including the water park. Is there a pass that covers the beach and the aquarium? If so, how much and what else does it include? I don't think we need the water slides, etc. but if it is a nice day adding some beach time before exploring the aquarium might be fun.

2. I have also seen reference to crime being more of a problem now, but I am not sure if things are overblown. When we were there before, we walked from the zoo back downtown, and from downtown across the bridge to Atlantis. Yes, we like to walk. Are there any issues with either of these walks?

3. Our ship does not leave Nassau until midnight. What is open and safe to do after dark? I remember all the shops downtown closing around 6pm. I know there are some bars/restaurants around the port, as well as the Casino/shops/restaurants at the Atlantis. What else is there to do with such a late departure?

Thanks!

Brad
