I was told since we are 10 people the van is just for us. They quoted me $55 from hotel to the port and $68 from port to airport. After we add a gratuity and split between the passengers I thought that was a fair price.

After we add a gratuity and split between the passengers I thought that was a fair price. $68 from POM to MIA for 10 compared to at least 2 van-cabs or maybe 3 standard cabs at $25+tip each -- sounds fair to me as long as you can fit 10 plus bags into the van. Have a good cruise! :)

Capt_BJ Posted June 19, 2014 #9 Share Posted June 19, 2014 (edited) failed to honor or refund a pre-paid second half of a round trip when they ran out of vehicles . . . said I could wait a couple of hours and maybe they could handle it ... did I have a receipt? No, prepaid by credit card over the phone. It was Miami and a while back, and the last time I used them ... but obviously loss of MY business was not significant, just a small hiccup. But forget what happened to me you now walk up to the SuperShuttle booth with your other 9 and say, $68 bucks as per the phone call Person in the booth says, got no idea what u r talkin' about $15 for first person, $10 for the rest, as on the sign. $105 ..... will you go, or take taxis? Both reservations are prepaid. I have an email confirmation showing the reservation is for 10 people, a private van for the rate quoted and paid for. We are being picked up at a hotel, so I am not going to a booth to negotiate a price a the airport.
