I don't think you booked ES (Early Saver). With ES you pick your cabin.

 

For the guarantee rates - it could be assigned anytime from now to day of sailing. Personally I would log on every day and check, since that would be part of the fun waiting to see what I got.

I don't think you are booked early saver. Sounds more like guaranty. Just because you booked "early" that doesn't make it ES.
