Help needed on pier getting from ship to port area

Hi, does anyone know if there is any type of transportation on the pier to help get those with mobility issues ( can't walk that far on the long pier) from the ship to the port/beach area?

Have a friend that uses a rollator walker on board but not sure if they will be able to walk that far to get to the port area. Most long piers have a tram or guys riding bikes that pull passengers or some type of transport but I can't remember seeing anyone in Grand Turk.

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

My MIL uses a rollator and when she gets tired, she just sits ion the seat and we push her that way. Not great for long distances of course, but it works for a quick ride. Like stated above, not that long of a pier, so no trams.
