Shore excursions

I would like to know if any of you have booked shore excursions on the web site of RC. They say that there will send you an e-mail conformation to you. I have booked 2 so far and have not seen anything. I callled Q & A about this last week and she said that she would send me the conformations and then I also was able to get my soda package from her at the same time. Nothing from her show up yet my bank account had been charged for all. When I sent an e-mail to them for the third time about this they send me this.

Booked our excursions for Alaska June2015 and received email with all bookings on, also showing in our cruise planner. This was 2 weeks ago.

Billed correctly as well:)

But prior have seen exactly what you are seeing and received exact same email.

Best to call resolutions department.

Yes I made three calls to them and still nothing. I will wate another month and see what happens. Thanks:confused:

Your confirmation should show up online with the rest of your cruise details.
