They say that there will send you an e-mail conformation to you. I have booked 2 so far and have not seen anything. I callled Q & A about this last week and she said that she would send me the conformations and then I also was able to get my soda package from her at the same time. Nothing from her show up yet my bank account had been charged for all. When I sent an e-mail to them for the third time about this they send me this. PompeySailor Posted June 30, 2014 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2014 Booked our excursions for Alaska June2015 and received email with all bookings on, also showing in our cruise planner. This was 2 weeks ago. Billed correctly as well:) But prior have seen exactly what you are seeing and received exact same email. Best to call resolutions department.
