Where's Costambar?

In D.R. near puerto plata and the amber cove port

Carnival is building a port in Maimon DR, which is close to Puerto Plata.

 

Looks like the billboard is trying to drum of workers..taxis drivers, security etc.. to come to the port.

 

Its a huge shot in the arm for that area.

I tried to translate using Google. It appears to be a billboard put up by the Chamber of Commerce and Production advertising for trade community, safety guides, and taxi drivers.

 

Must be related to the new port.
