What time from Barcelona Airport, Liberty?

Holy Crap! How can the airport say that there was enough space to land there? If the Russian plane hadn't pulled back up, it would've collided with the plane on the ground.

 

Its crazy isn't it.

I landed the morning after the airchina crash at SFO

It was disturbing to see a burnt fuselage in between the 2 runways:eek:

We actually enjoyed flying into BCN no issues on our flight

We flew home from BCN in June of 2012 with an 11:20 flight on Delta. No problems in getting to the airport with plenty of time. We did arrange transportation with a private company as we had 4 of us with a fair amount of luggage as we had done a 12 night cruise on Serenade.

Last October we were off the ship so early it was dark when we got our luggage off the carousel. That was with normal disembarkation. Take a cab and forget the RCI shuttle. The 4 of us easily found a cab and saved a lot of euros.

 

We also used the 11:20 Delta non-stop to JFK and we waited at the gate a good 3 hours because we were so early.
