pre-paid OBC question

My friend had given me a gift of OBC for my up-coming cruise. I can see the credit when I am in my NCL vacation summary, as well as the OBC from NCL. I have made my final payment, but on the confirmation invoice I only see the NCL OBC.

When & where does the pre-paid OBC show up?

Should I be calling someone to make sure there's not a problem?

You will get the OBC when you on board the ship, usually by the 2nd day it will be credited to your account. Only NCL OBC can is shown on the website and confirmations.

If you have a paper trail with proof of OBC, bring it with you. It never hurts to have back up.

You can get your PCC to send you an amenity confirmation. Purchased OBC will show up there.
