Marketing Girl Posted July 5, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2014 Hi, FDR, It's me, your fellow Cuban national (left in 1962). I'm excited to be boarding Marina this coming Friday in Stockholm! My third Oceania cruise but first time on Marina. I so enjoyed the Cuban touches on Riviera during it's inaugural season (papaya, music, art, etc.). Can I expect some on Marina? If so, what are they? Paulchili Posted July 6, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 6, 2014 I believe that they have a Cuban sandwich at the Waves Grill.
Goldmann Posted July 6, 2014 #3 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Suggest you make sure to examine the art in Privée. John

hypercafe Posted July 6, 2014 #6 Share Posted July 6, 2014 I spent one year in Cuba when I was in the Navy. I have been waiting for the last 50 years to go back. I have not given up but I am getting old. Sent from my XT1032 using Forums mobile app

Marketing Girl Posted July 7, 2014 Author #9 Share Posted July 7, 2014 I am turning 60 this year too. Since my birthday is on Christmas Day and hard to celebrate, I told my husband we must celebrate in July (now) aboard Marina. Not sure how, but somehow. Fuster works in ceramics. He lives in Miramar. My sister and I went back to Havana last November for the first time to visit family and assist however we could. We visited Fuster's studio which has very whimsical art very similar to Gaudi. Google him as he has become well known. Sent from my iPad using Forums
