Which train station for Sleep Inn and Suites Downtown Inner Harbor

Decided to take Amtrak from CT to Baltimore for cruise. Which train station is closer to this hotel? Sleep Inn and Suites Downtown Inner Harbor, 301 Falls Way. Penn Station or the BWI station?

I am pretty sure Penn Station is closer to Inner Harbor than BWI - I think it's a 5 minute cab ride vs. a 15-20 minute cab ride. So, both are fairly close.
