Cozumel El Cid La Ceiba Beach??

Has anyone been at this resort and used their "Resort for a Day" passes? How was it? Was it clean, good food, strong drinks? Thanks.

We almost did this AI. We saw it from our other excursion we decided on. The front looks a little rough - sorta like a motel 6 looks. We went to Cozumel Palace, a little more pricey - but so worth the money. We had a great day and the food, and staff ( except for Angel at the front desk ) were all so nice and welcoming. Cozumel palace is a 6 minute taxi ride 10.00 with tip. Great day!

We did the Occidental Grand Day Pass in Cozumel and the beach and facilities were first class (the other 2 resorts do not seem to have a real beach). We would go again, that was a really nice beach resort experience!

We have always purchased day passes on the day in the lobby at El Cid. I suggest you email the hotel reservations direct to find out pricing and current options. Previously they have offered all-inclusive or facility only, with $10 credit towards food and beverage. Both passes were less expensive than resort for day with no deposit. Not sure if resort for a day offers any extras you would need to check fine print.
