location of Seagrape beach?

Several years ago we went to Seagrape beach. It was across the street from a hotel that was then a Courtyard by Marriott. Is the currently named Seagrape beach in that same location or is that name used for a different area of the beach? Or is it also known by a different name? From descriptions I have seen, sounds like the original Seagrape is now called something like Surfside. Map anyone?

SeaGrape beach is still in the same place. The hotel was gutted and is being rebuilt - IIRC as a Kimpton.

 

The restaurant/bar at SeaGrape is called Surfside Beach Restaurant & Bar. Confusing, eh?

 

Locals most commonly still refer to the beach as SeaGrape and the restaurant as simply Surfside.

Thanks. I have read, unfortunately, that Surfside plays very loud music. Is Seagrape still relatively uncrowded as compared to Tiki and Palms?
