To S class or not?

I am trying to decide between a sky suit on Celbrity and HAL S. My biggest concern with HAL is that I have heard that there is not a lot to do after 10:00 or so at night. I have heard that you cannot get decent roomservice after 10:00 ? Any advice? Thank you!

I just came off the Maasdam and had an S suite....wow!! Great room, the balcony was incredibly wastefully large,,,,love it!! the Neptune lounge especially the cappuccino machine was very nice, we diembarked and were on the road as the boat was still calling numbers, etc etc,

Many people have said on these boards they'd rather cruise 2x and get a cheaper cabin, ..up until last week I would have agreed, but no more..if I 'm going I want to go S even if I can only go a lot less...Sorry all, not being a snob but it really was that nice

As for room service, no problem after 10, good selection, all well within the stated half hour

also there were a lot of activities on board after the shows closed but, of course, they centered around the lounges and casino...not for me as I was too busy trying to corner my wife in that huge suite!!

We could never go back to anything else. We love the large room, separate dressing area, larger bathroom, and of course the large verandah.

Husband loves the cappacino in the Neptune Lounge along with all the goodies he snack on since we don't have that at home.

Also love the idea that we have a concierge to take care of money matters, book tours, make reservations of the Pinnacle, etc. - the list goes on and on.
