NCL ex host email?

Does anyone have an email address for and executive host for NCL? I am a Golden level player and have been getting conflicting info on many issues. From room comps to meals, drinks, etc. I really need to get the correct answer the first time I ask. Some are minor issues, but non the less I would like the right answer.

im not sure if you can email the host directly. But I have contacted them using general email listed ncl.com. Go to CAS area, you will see their email at the right hand side.

 

I sent them an email a couple days ago and the responded my requested within 6 hours. Pretty quick. Or you can just call them directly. I heard they can comp you cruises base on your status over the phone.
