MADflyer Posted July 18, 2014 #26 Share Posted July 18, 2014 (edited) What amazes me is that, even after they have had reports of serious confusion caused by their wording, they do not update the text nor add information to clarify the situation. It is not like this is some obscure policy that only affects a few of their passengers, but has to do with one of the most important revenue generating outlets available, specialty restaurants. They have spent millions revitalizing their vessels, where adding cabins and specialty dining facilities was the focus, and then can not get the text correctly for the sales promotion that is crucial to the sales of these outlets. To get this right only involves changing or adding about 5 to 10 words! Edited July 18, 2014 by MADflyer

MADflyer Posted July 18, 2014 #28 Share Posted July 18, 2014 I have offered multiple times to be their proofreader...........but they ignore me every time! ;) :D Well, this time they are paying dearly for it. The problem with this incident is that to the 'powers that be' their intention here is as clear as could be. In reality, it is most certainly not.
