Shore Excursions?

Has anyone used Shore Manager Shore Excursions to book their off vessel activities? If so what was your experience? Also any recommendations regarding booking direct instead of through Carnival?

Booking direct or booking with Carnival for us depends on the port and what is available. We have done it both ways.
