Transfer CAS booking to TA?

Hi all,

I just booked with CAS (casinos at sea) for my next NCL cruise as they gave me the best rate based on past play.

Can I still transfer this booking to my TA to get additional perks and OBC?

I know this is possible when booking directly with NCL...

Thanks for all replies,

You can transfer but will lose all the CAS benefits and pricing/discounts.

You would lose the pricing but not necessarily your perks. Depending on your status that remains the same whether you book through them or not. If you are Hot your still entitled to dinner for 2/wine & drink cards, Golden still has VIP (you can show a current Golden card at check in from a previous cruise) check in, dinner, spa etc, you just have to go to the promotions desk to have the other items taken care of. In fact I was told I would get a better birthday present (golden) if I did not book through CAS directly. We shall see. (I won't be able to answer the VIP check in questions as I am staying in a Haven suite so I get it anyway)

If Hot, Golden, or VIP that is true. If you are not you will not get the drink card they provide.

I booked CAS for the tourn event on august 9th getaway sailing. Ism hot status and didn't get free dinner offer. Should I have?

The free dinner offer is because of your Hot status not for the tournament event. When you arrive onboard there should be a letter in your cabin stating that you have a dinner for two with a bottle of wine at the specialty restaurant of your choice. If it not there I would just speak with the hosts in the casino.
