I know the cabins I have stayed in before on RCCL have had only the 1 outlet in the bath and 2 at the desk. This time, however, we will be in a JS. Are there more outlets in these cabins????

Same number of outlets. If you are on Oasis class, there is another outlet behind the bed, but this is not limited to a JS.

Yes..just at the vanity...the one in the bath is for razors only.
