SadieN Posted July 31, 2014 #3 Share Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) Hello! My mother is a size 2 shoes (euro 35) and wondering if anybody can recommend any online shops to buy shoes! She's only 4ft 11 so needs a heel! Any help would be really appreciated! Xx Sent from my iPhone using Forums Is this 2 a British 2? The numbering seems a bit off. I'm an 8 in the US, euro 38 (that's what my Birkenstockes are) and a handmade Mexican 5. I'm 4'10" and have given up on most heels. ETA- Oh, it's an US 4 or 5. http://www.zappos.com/measure-your-shoe-size Edited July 31, 2014 by SadieN

dulcimergirl Posted August 1, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 1, 2014 Yes this is a british 2, sorry for the confusion! Xx Sent from my iPhone using Forums Well, that explains it. I haven't worn a 2 ever. Not even when I weighed 9 lbs.. lol I'm a 11. One better than a 10.. And 6 ft tall. Hope she finds something suitable. jan can Posted August 2, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 2, 2014 I wear a 4.5, sometimes a five. When Zappos had a B&M store in Vegas I was in shoe heaven. Rows and rows of my size and they rarely fit. Feet and sizing are all so different. Since your mother is in Britian, I wouldn't count on being successful ordering online. Best bet would be a trip with an empty suitcase to Italy. That's my dream. :) Sent from my iPad using Forums
Rascal1 Posted August 2, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 2, 2014 I've never used them before but shoetastic.co.uk do heels in petite sizes.
Hoyaheel Posted August 2, 2014 #8 Share Posted August 2, 2014 6pm.com & zappos.com (both now owned by Amazon) are going to have some shoes in size 4(US). Depending on the shoe, you could get free shipping. Not sure about the UK, though. Know there's a UK version of Amazon, so you could check there. Are you looking for a dressy evening heel? For wearing with a casual dress? Daytime? I'm looking at 6pm.com now and you can just search by size and type of shoe. Make sure you use 4 or 5 if you're looking on US websites to make sure you get the sizing correct (unless it's showing a Euro size:p) http://www.6pm.com/david-tate-beverly-navy-satin http://www.6pm.com/sesto-meucci-galyn-terra-mag-patent-black-mag-patent Many "known" brands are showing up in that size - Ecco, Stuart Weitzman, Naot, Naturalizer, Munro etc

Bookish Angel Posted August 14, 2014 #10 Share Posted August 14, 2014 (edited) I have USA size 4 narrow feet so finding high quality dress shoes is a problem. I have had decent luck with Zappos - some of the flats in their children's shoes are a relative bargain and some look exactly like their women's counterparts. Also, Nordstrom and Sak's online sometimes have small size shoes. Edited August 14, 2014 by Bookish Angel
