Can Someone Help Us? Need Mariner Eastern Compass's and Menus :)

Dear Cruisers,

We are going on the Mariner Eastern

on Oct. 16th.

We have two children, 8 and 12.

Our son is a special needs child,

and we would really like to plan

ahead as far as when we could

do Portifinos, when to take them

with us to the shows, etc.

If any recent cruisers have copies,

we would love to get them.

We would love to have copies

of the Daily Compass, Menus,

and Kids Activities if you have them!

We are looking forward to having a great

time, as we try to cruise with them at least

once a year. (Disney3x, Carnival4x, Princess1x,

Big Red Boat1x, and Sovereign 2x> 2nd

Anniv. sailing with Amazing Kreskin,

Jerry Lewis, and Carol Lawrence as entertainers.

(remember when they had Big name talent

on RCCL?) > we do.

My family and I will be on the Mariner August 21st sailing the Eastern Itinerary. I will make sure to bring all of the compasses home with me and scan them for everyone out there who hasn't been able to find recent ones. I know there are not any recent copies of the Eastern sailing on Cruiseclues.com. Hope this helps! :rolleyes:

Hey, we're on this cruise too! We have a thread going about it - please come join us at: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=15701&page=54&pp=25

 

There are two official "group" cruises; both a Cruise Critic group (The "Realtinis") and another board "Mosaic" group too - the link I sent is for anyone, including those who aren't part of the other groups (like us).

 

We'll have our turning 8 year old DS and our 6.5 year old DD with us so maybe the kids will meet up in Adventure Ocean along the way!

No problem at all! I always pick up extra copies of everything for scrapbooks and such. I will get in touch with you when we return. We are leaving early tomorrow morning! Can't wait! :p

If at all possible could I maybe get a copy of those Eastern Mariner compasses?? I have searched everywhere and only found some from 11/2003 online and even then there were only 2 of the 7 days available. Hi everyone!!

Sorry it has taken me soooo long to respond. I've been shying away from the site because I had been having a hard time dealing with the POST CRUISE DEPRESSION! I do have all of the Mariner Eastern compasses and I will hopefully get to scanning them tomorrow and I will put them up on my Clubphoto account where all of my pictures are! When I tried taking pictures of the menus while in the dinning room, they just wouldn't turn out. However if you take pictures of the ones they have posted outside the dinning rooms, this works. But I was sooooo extremely overwhelmed with EVERYTHING I forgot to get pictures of everything!! If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I still need to write my review! LOL :rolleyes:

Jenny, I just had to respond to another Clarkstonite! I've lived in MN for almost 8 years now but lived in Clarkston from the time I was six to...well, let's say WELL into adulthood. My SO and I are on the Mariner in October, so I am naturally checking out all the posts and it seemed nice to see someone from "home". Go Wolves!

What a small world! I was in the first graduating class from the new Clarkston High School! Things are growing around here tremendously. I've lived here for, wow, 20 years now!! CRAZY!! Mariner is amazing- You will enjoy her so so much! :p

I thank you so much for the Compass's!~

 

I downloaded them as a web page, then

 

printed them all out.

 

They look just like the originals!

 

I saw all your pics on the net....good job!

 

Seems you guys were popping a few shots! :)

 

You had a lot of buddies helping you have

 

a very merry time, you are very cute. :)

 

So by dinner time, taking pics of the menus

 

was not a thought.... (LOL!)
