Airboat in Belize?

Does anyone Know of a good airboat company for our Belize stop? I don't want to book the cruiseline excursion. Has anyone tried it? What did you think? This is our fourth time to Belize and we have three teenage daughters. Looking for something they will enjoy.

I've been unable to find an independent tour for the airboats. I'll be following this thread to see if anyone else replies. We did it through NCL in 05 and it was a lot of fun but I'm hoping for a cheaper price.

I have looked quite a bit, too. I was also wondering if they might be there at tourism village...just not a website for it. Has anyone gone recently? Do they have lots of vendors with tours there? The first time we went there really wasn't even a tourism village. The next two times we walked straight through for our pre-booked tours and I ignored everything else, but it's been years since I have been to Belize.

you can look at coral breeze, belizecruiseexcursions, belizean adventures These are the bigger excursion companies that do organized tours. Because of the configuration of the pier and the tendering, there aren't really any tour hawkers directly on the pier. They stand outside the gates and mostly offer ruins tours or cavetubing or city tours.

I thought the cruise line tours on River Wallace to Altun Ha and soem city tours used airboats, but never did one of them.
