  1. It is now $100, up to 4 people, waiting for you. Entrance is $13 p.p.
  2. Do they have other rentals there? Kayak, paddle boats, jet ski? We have been to Roatan a lot, but never spent the day in Mahogany Bay. Going in December and looking for something different. Also, how is the snorkeling recently?
  3. Regal is either at 25 or 28, essentially next to each other. Look for the big ship with the Princess logo on it. 😉 We are sailing Sunday and embark on pier 25 and disembark at pier 28. It really is easy to see, and all parking is close by and/or has shuttles.
  4. Show up when you want. You don't pick a time anymore.
  5. Thanks for your report. We leave March 10 on Regal. Ugh. Spring Break! But I am a teacher so options are limited!
  6. I booked through Princess, am within time frame, and paid off. I can't bid either. I think the time-frame is their general rule, but they open it when they want. Good luck and happy bidding (when you finally can).
  7. We have been on over 25 cruises as well, across the lines. I have enjoyed every one of them! All the lines have cut back. We have cruised for 30 years and it is incredible how much has changed. However, the prices for what you get are still very reasonable. I think many people want champagne but have only paid for Bud Light. I take the reviews with a grain of salt. I can make my own fun and will ALWAYS enjoy myself on cruise. Maybe I have low expectations, but much of a cruise is getting me from point A to B to C....at a reasonable cost so that I can experience the world!
  8. Please keep updating. I sail next month. I hope it gets better for you!
  9. I submitted ours for December 15th, and did it on Thanksgiving Day. I wasn't sure it would be in time as that was 3 weeks out. We had just bought it, and wanted to try it. Our OBC came through a few days after submission.
  10. I also got mine within days of submission.
  11. Definitely can bring it in cans. They have had me throw out water bottles a few times in the past.
  12. My daughter is on a cruise right now (Thanksgiving week). Her tablemates were ridiculous and she asked for another table on night 3. They gave her a table for 2.
  13. We went out of Long Beach in early 2020. We were sent to the tables to check our wine then.
  14. We have cruised 4 times in the last year. Different ports. Every time they have told us to go to the wine table to have our wine inspected.
  15. Not sure what you mean about everyone else to wait for you. Are you saying we are holding people up? We relax and let those that need to get on the road, or have flights go before us. We are platinum status but don't feel the need to go before others that have a definite reason to leave early. We live 30 minutes from a port, and so we can wait. No one is "waiting" for us to get off. We wait in very short lines to step off the ship, and very short lines to walk through the photo i.d. We have always looked at it as help to those who need to leave early.
  16. We did the same thing. We are also back to setting our luggage out and not messing with it. We also now wait until last call to leave the ship. We enjoy out last few minutes and basically walk through customs. Our bags are easy to find. And NO STRESS.
  17. We look at it that way as well. Have a good time with it! The drink "coupon" is on your card and can ONLY be claimed at Seaday brunch. Any seaday brunch works, but not breakfast.
  18. I always take water off. Never had an issue. Just PLEASE use a clean cup to pour water into your yeti. I get so grossed out when I see people putting their personal cups under the water spout, entire spout into their drink. Person after person does this, and Carnival doesn't say anything. I don't want to be a Karen, but this passes germs. Don't do it!
  19. We didn't ask for it, either. I didn't need the extra food! I got plenty of dessert at dinner.
  20. We call it our scavenger hunt and enjoy looking for all of our freebies!
  21. On our last cruise, we were by the drink station. We saw dozens of people fill them directly into their own cups. I would like to hope they all washed their cups prior to doing this. But I doubt it... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the cups to fill your tumbler. We bring our tumblers and always use the cups to transfer ice and water. Some people had their tumblers up so far up that the spout was into their cup. I kept hoping someone with authority would tell them to do this without sharing their germs. They did not. I did not want to be a KAREN, so I did not...was tempted though. it's GROSS!
  22. Thanks for your wonderful review. We booked for next July on a 9 night. I prefer the smaller ships and the cabin size doesn't really bother me. We are bringing friends this time so I better warn them!
  23. Definitely didn't mistype. Those who play know that DINKING is playing slow balls in the kitchen. But...I could also have a drinking problem if I don't dink for a while! LOL!
