rgmiller66 Posted August 4, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2014 If you have filed a claim with Cruise Care can you tell me the procedure and the outcome? Thank you.
Rare Pennstatedj Posted August 4, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 4, 2014 I have filed three, two for medical problems and one for a last minute cancellation due to a heart stint. First go online and get form. Fill out form and send it all required copies of bills. Took about three weeks and received all money back, no issues at all. Good luck. cruiseacecat Posted August 5, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Have had to cancel 2 cruises this summer, hoping to get the last one in. The process is very simple. as stated by Pennstatedj. Do try to keep the online record of your expenses since this will give you a way to double check their figures. If you have any specific questions, I will try to answer. In the past, I have been very satisfied with them.

No issues.
