We saw Lady Liberty when we cruised out of NY. It was awesome! We were on the NCL Dawn and we will never forget it! It was snowing and cold and AwESOME to be cruising by Lady Liberty.

Yes, though at a distance. As you leave the pier, you will see it best from the back of the ship.

One other note - Liberty State park is only a couple minutes from the Bayonne Port. It is a nice stop on your way to the ship -if you have some time prior to boarding. You can walk very close to the statue. There is a very nice boardwalk along the water overlooking Manhattan and the ship.
