I had escargot for the very first time on my very first cruise 11 years ago. for 11 years, the taste and deliciousness of them has stuck with me! that garlic butter sauce **drool** went on my 2nd cruise last month, and i could not wait to get the escargot again!! but, because the ONE night we decided not to go to the MDR, they had it and i missed it :(
