Casino cash + upgrade?

We had originally booked a casino rate with a casino cash coupon on our upcoming cruise.., well the upgrade fairy called, and we upgraded to a ocean suite (yay!). Do we still get the casino cash?

The coupon says you just have to book under rate code PTF. The upgrade fairy will book a different cabin type under the same rate code. Feel free to call Carnival and confirm you are still booked under PTF.

Yes. Just take your casino cash coupon to the casino cashier and she will check your name off her list and give you your cash.

That happened to me last cruise! Just go to cashier cage with coupon! Also if you often book casino rate, but did not on a cruise, go to cashier cage and have them look at the lists for comps. I had booked two cruises one after the other diff ships. conquest/elation and only one was a casino rate and the other was not. And got comps on both!:D

I booked a casino rate, because when I went online to check rates, I found that there was a casino rate available to me. I am supposed to get casino credit with this booking, but I do not have a coupon. Will they have a record of the amount I am supposed to receive? Do I just go to the casino cage to get my credit??? Thanks

The cage will have a list but it is not always complete. Best to take with you an email confirmation of your offer. If you used a PVP, remind them before sailing and if the cage doesn't have your comp listed, they can contact your PVP

I have 100 dollars casino credit coming, received no email or mail. found out by calling Michael at OCP. he told me to call him when I book my next cruise and it will be available, anytime within the next 24 months.
