Pam in CA Posted August 24, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 24, 2014 I'd say January. Early March, the whales start their journey north. By the third week of March, there are just a few left. If you book March, do the first few days. I was in Cabo on March 3rd this year and saw plenty of whales. The year before, I was there mid-March and there were only a couple.
