Yes you can.

Yes, Sometimes it takes some stuff a day or so to show up on your bill. When we were in Labadee some our stuff didn't show up until day 6

System is just slow though so be patient with it

I'm spoiled to being able to see it on stateroom TVs on DCL. Having to go to the Front Desk on HAL seemed so last century. :D

Freedom has the capability also.

Not available on all ships. The Vision class ships and Majesty do not have interactive TV. Some staterooms on Vision class have an iPad that has the online account function, among other functions.
