Nice Upgrade!

Recommended Posts

I was able to upgrade cabins on our upcoming Enchantment cruise from a D1 to a JR Suite... for both cabins... and not just JR Suites.... AFT junior suites, right next to each other.... for 25 bucks a cabin! If you have a D1 cabin, call them... there are more Jr Suites available....

Question... when upgrading this close (9 days), has anyone had any problem with their RC Credit Card OBC being misplaced or not transferred to your new cabin(s)? We have 350.00 in OBC that I don't want to lose. Should I call the points redemption place? Does anyone have a phone number for them?

Thanks

Don

I'm thinking you should be OK as long as your booking numbers have not changed. Still, bring a copy of your Royal invoice, just in case.

Since your OBC is attached to your reservation number, the change in cabin "Should Not" effect it. How ever, I would bring a copy of your reservation showing your OBC. You can request that they send you an updated copy, if they haven't already, since you changed rooms, and also ask if it shows your OBC on the reservation.

Enjoy the Jr Suite, and nicer balcony!

I got upgraded one day before sailing on EN and had no problems with OBC following me. Like Bob said bring your hardcopy proof just in case.

I always bring all the documents that I received from my TA to ensure we get what we were promised. I also put all our documents in a two pocket folder with the name of the cruise, date's of sailing. I place our plane reservations, hotel reservations, excursion documents and set sail pass as well. This way it's all together and organized.

Congratulations on the upsell! You made out like a bandit.
