kimba6539 Posted September 1, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2014 In the cruise documents after the boarding pass Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
lollylew Posted September 1, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 1, 2014 You can also go to Manage My Cruise, click on My Booking, and then Cruise Details. You should see a summary of your cruise price and there will be a line that shows how much OBC you have. ;)
pbsteve Posted September 1, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 1, 2014 from "My cruise details" page click on "view cruise documents" located just to the left of the general cruise information. Select "Print General Information". Your OBC will be on the second page just under Itemized Charges
Bases5 Posted September 1, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 1, 2014 FYI If you have OBC from thing like cruise cash it does not show up anywhere. Just bring your receipt.
Crusi3r_ Posted September 1, 2014 #6 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Is it the same for OBC acquired by booking through an online travel website? The cruise docs would only show OBC acquired through ES?
CruisingSteelerGirl Posted September 1, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 1, 2014 I still don't see my OBC anywhere-not even a refund on my credit card? When will it show?
bar1068 Posted September 1, 2014 #8 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Whats the OBC from? Price drop..fare promotion/sale? When did you "acquire" the OBC or submit the request for it?
CruisingSteelerGirl Posted September 1, 2014 #9 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Whats the OBC from? Price drop..fare promotion/sale? When did you "acquire" the OBC or submit the request for it? I was charged $2605 for the cruise...I later called and got the charge decreased to $2460-from a fare drop. I made the change last Thursday and received a new document from Carnival with the new price but I have not seen any OBC on my documents or any refund on my credit card. utopiagal Posted September 1, 2014 #10 Share Posted September 1, 2014 If you haven't made final payment, you won't get the onboard credit. They will adjust your cruise rate, thus getting the lower price. Hope this helps.
Grannycb Posted September 1, 2014 #11 Share Posted September 1, 2014 The true amount of OBC shows up when DH logs in. $100 from booking onboard is what I see when I log in with my password. I guess the computer sees him as the primary account holder.

Carnival may immediately give you new documents however the credit card company may take up to 10 days to post something online. If it is before final payment there will be no OBC just a credit card change. It may show as a total refund and a new charge for the new price. Patience. :) It will come. If they do it this way it may be as many as 30 days () before the credit card company shows it all.
RaiderCruiser Posted September 2, 2014 Author #13 Share Posted September 2, 2014 Thanks for the responses. Hasn't shown up but I'll keep an eye out. The OBC is for Carnival stock credit.
CruisingSteelerGirl Posted September 2, 2014 #14 Share Posted September 2, 2014 No credit yet for me either...I was charged on my credit card already, however Carnival did not require full payment yet. Maybe when they do I will get the OBC. Thanks
NOSaints1 Posted September 2, 2014 #15 Share Posted September 2, 2014 One thing you have to realize is let's say the drop is 20, your port fees go up and if you booked before they raised the gratuitys they will take that off. So you mightvonly get like 15 Sent from my iPhone using Forums
