ESPN & ESPN2 now available?

Just got off the Carnival Paradise yesterday and saw that ESPN and ESPN2 were both available in our room as well as in the bars. I don't know if this is fleet wide and don't know if it's common knowledge because I can't find any threads about it and can't find any results on google about it. But if you're a sports fan and especially a college football fan cruising at this time of year, you know that in the past you could only get ESPN Deportes which wouldn't show any American football except Monday Night Football. If it's fleet wide this is great news... maybe a minor change to some but great news to me.

That would have been great on our B2B on the Glory & Breeze during the last two weeks of World Cup. We only got to see one game when we boarded in Miami and then the end of another game after we got back on board in St. Thomas.

This will be great news if they have it on Elation. It will keep DH out of the sports bar and in the room. So he can watch DD and I can go to the casino. Sounds like a good deal for me. :D

It would be so nice to go to EA and see something other than soccer or tennis. I hardly ever go there because I am not a soccer fan.

I was on the Carnival Pride last week and ESPN and ESPN2 we're not on the tv in the cabin.

We were on the Sunshine in May and while they weren't listed as available channels we mistakenly pushed 7 and found ESPN and ESPN2 on channels 7 and 8 for the entire cruise.
