Flight from Fort Lauderdale

I would like to book a return flight in April from Fort Lauderdale to Toronto, an international flight, departing at 11:55 AM. Would I be able to make this flight?

I would say yes. The airport is very close to the port and you can request an early debarkation time.

I think Princess says nothing earlier then 12 noon so 5 minutes is not going to make much difference. Just remember if there are any ship delays then that changes things. It is a very short drive to the airport. You can see the planes coming and going from the ship. If you can manage your own bags and do a walk off by yourself you should be at the airport by 9 am.

Should be a piece of cake barring a real snafu at the port. We've booked flights as early as 10:30 and haven't missed one yet. That said, there's always a chance of an unforeseen problem. I say go for it.

My last two cruises, I was at the airport @8:30- 8:45.

 

However, stuff can happen. I was on a ship that docked late due to a life boat problem at our last port, Princess Cays.
