TomBeckCruise Posted September 8, 2014 #26 Share Posted September 8, 2014 Have you considered Princess? Princess is equally as nice as Celebrity and has better shows for your wife. LuLu Yes, we have sailed on Princess. She likes the shows on Princess also. We have also sailed on HAL, RCCL, and NCL. All the shows seem about the same to me except HAL seems more patriotic(US). Stateroom_Sailor Posted September 9, 2014 Author #27 Share Posted September 9, 2014 Which cruise line would you choose for the Med? Why? Honestly, I've only paid attention to cruises that have at least 1 leg in the US. There's a transatlantic leaving from England on RCL that hits Iceland, and a transatlantic from Rome on Celebrity which hits multiple stops in the Med. If I had it my way I would swap the cruise lines, but I'm sure they'll be wonderful either way. The Greek Islands I would love to do on Celebrity. Seems romantic and we're beg fans of Igor Medvedev (artists). The most exotic locations will more than likely come from Princess or Holland America. We're already saving for Alaska/Yukon on HAL for 2017. ;)
MGK Posted September 11, 2014 #28 Share Posted September 11, 2014 Yes the current Celebrity is doing it just right. OC........You said it. What would you suggest that Celebrity to bring to Sea Days for the Next Level?? Sea days would be much better with deck chair police employed! The chair hogs are the only negative for me after 2 back to back Celebrity cruises. Money cannot buy class or manners. Just my 2 cents.
