andy.capitan Posted September 8, 2014 #8 Share Posted September 8, 2014 Love the fried oysters and some of the other items. Since the addition of Guy's Burgers and Blue Iguana, there is even more competition for where to eat lunch. It can be hard to decide at times. beachbum53 Posted September 8, 2014 #9 Share Posted September 8, 2014 We have tried twice and found it way to greasy for us. Good luck and enjoy. I agree about the fish being too greasy. It reminded me of the fish at Long John Silvers. Yuck!
FlyingCruiserNJ Posted September 8, 2014 #10 Share Posted September 8, 2014 We have tried twice and found it way to greasy for us. Good luck and enjoy. I had it last year on the glory and yes it is greasy. I thought the battered fried fish filets were a little too greasy but they tasted ok. It's all made to order so its always served hot. I actually liked the fries a lot more as they were fresh, unlike the ones they have at the grill on the older ships. There's plenty more than just fish available there however, it's surely worth at least a try and there is rarely a long line as most people don't even know it exists. kelkel2 Posted September 8, 2014 #11 Share Posted September 8, 2014 I think it's hit and miss and depends on what you get. We got some stuff there that was extremely greasy and some that wasn't. But, the fries, oh gosh the fries are so good!!!

SMSACE6 Posted September 9, 2014 #17 Share Posted September 9, 2014 I enjoy the ceviche, the calamari zucchini fritters, the chips and the watermelon tuna thing and the bouillabaisse. I loved fried oysters, but the ones we had on the Liberty were vile. Everything else from there was good, just not the oysters. They did not taste fresh, but that was 5 years ago. Would not stop me from trying anything at fish and chips place today. In fact, looking forward to trying some of those things on the Freedom in Nov including the oysters.
