Am I OK??

I went on line and bought Uffize tickets for October. I'm not sure what I bought! ( I bought them at http://www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi/

 

I paid 15 EUR for each ticket.(Intero/Full) What's confusing me (That's not that hard) is that the confirmation has given me seat numbers. (Row 10/seat 2428 & 2429

 

What did I buy? Will we be able to go through the museum?

Not sure. I tried to take a look but it seemed very unclear to me, even using the English version.

 

I would've suggested using the reservation by phone method.

See if you can find the or a phone number and call them to make sure what it is you have and you may want to post of Trip Advisor as well if you have not done so.

I think it is just something to do with the computer system. I'm sure when I booked our tickets for the galleria Borghese it said something about seat numbers, but was actually an entrance reservation number. Whatever it was, we had no problem when we got there.

 

I think I have read about this problem on Tripadvisor.

I'll try trip adviser. I originally called to the make the reservations, but the English generated voice was hard "for me" to understand!

For 15Euros each, I think I'll get in the museum! :eek::rolleyes::D
