Sarahbear666 Posted September 26, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2014 I love reading photo reviews on here, it's really getting me in the mood for my first ever cruise on IOS on the 13th October. My favourite parts of the reviews are all the food porn! I'd love it if any of you have any more food photos to share! Pretty please! I found this thread... http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2050818 Which is just amazing! Thanks (and sorry if this has been done lots!) Merion_Mom Posted September 26, 2014 #8 Share Posted September 26, 2014 I just did a walking Food Tour of Old San Juan on September 10, 2014. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR. Here is some food porn from that tour: Here is the famous Fisherman's Platter from the Jasmine menu, usually served on second formal night on 7 night cruises:
biomedbob Posted September 26, 2014 #9 Share Posted September 26, 2014 From the dead bodies it looks like you had 3 lobsters!
Merion_Mom Posted September 26, 2014 #10 Share Posted September 26, 2014 From the dead bodies it looks like you had 3 lobsters! Not my plate. I don't even order this any more. :)
Sarahbear666 Posted September 27, 2014 Author #11 Share Posted September 27, 2014 Thanks Merion Mom, that food looks delicious. I've never tried lobster before but I don't think they serve it on Indy sailing from Southampton. Everyone on CC seems to adore the lobster! I have heard a lot of the food will be British which I think will be a shame. If I wanted to eat British I'd stay home! I'm looking forward to eating dishes I've never had before!
