My guess is ketsup and mayonnaise with a wee bit of Sriracha sauce.

 

Most use either those two basics with their fries -so why not combine them with an extra little "secret" that seems now to show up everywhere - some very recognizable hot sauce.

Ketchup is FULL of sugar ... do you have that on your burger ;p?

The alleged secret Club 21 sauce for hamburgers:

Heinz + Colman's = The 21 Hamburger Sauce.

Ketchup and mustard are off to the side. Sometimes they forget to put them out but they should be there. If not you should be able to request some.

 

 

 

 

I really like a cheese burger, medium rare, with lettuce and tomato and only mayon the b un. Ho[e I can havr a burger that say on my upcoming c ruise. That is a treat I don't have often at home and am looking forward to. :)
