Hi All,

Faxed my Shareholder benefit information this afternoon, and before I had a cup of tea made, I received the email confirming the credit had been posted to my account!

How's that for efficiency?:D

I had the same experience when I sent mine in. Hal does a very good job on staying on top of these requests.

That is very good service.

Since our TA does that -- we have not idea how long it takes before she hears back from HAL.

We don't have a fax machine at home -- no reason to have one since we are retired.

Just a quick note to say that you don't need a FAX machine at home to send a FAX message. There are several websites that you can send an e-mail scan of a document (i.e. a .jpg or a .pdf) and they will FAX it to any phone number FAX machine you like.

 

IIRC, they charge about 25 cents per page for the service.

 

It can be really handy when you need to send an occasional FAX.
