St. Lucia in Dec. 2014. Looking for quiet beach

We will be traveling to St. Lucia for the second time in December. The last time we took a whole day tour and it was wonderful. This time we'd like to go to an inexpensive beach resort where we can use the pool and beach. Any suggestions?
