Can you book an inside cabin on board and get one of the promotional offers such as drink package or must you book a higher category cabin to be eligible?

123 offers are only for oceanview and above but offers such as reduced deposit and the OBC now offer (you get OBC on your current cruise) are applicable to all. You also get a one category upgrade if you are a captains club classic and above member :)
