Best flightseeing in alaska?

If you had the budget to do only one airplane or helicopter tour, where would you go? We love hiking, so anyone that takes you someplace where you can get out and hike a little has an edge, but we are looking for the best overall scenery. We are thinking of a cruise plus DIY land tour, so recommendations from a port or inland destination are all welcome. We haven't choose the cruise yet, but it will be on a mass market line.

I've done a lot of flightseeing in Alaska. I can not pick a "favorite", they all offered spectacular scenery and experiences.

I instead suggest you arrange your itinerary first. Determine where you are going to be and what else you are doing with your travels. Then depending on where you are- take a look at the available flightseeing. it is available everywhere in Alaska. :) In my opinion there is no "best".
