Wine allowed to be brought on board in carry on?

Thinking of cruising on my first NCL cruise ( except for the Norway like 33 years ago) and have cruised the other cruise ones and they allow 1 bottle per person, is this permissible on NCL?

No limit on the number of bottles that I know of...

Our last cruise ended last Friday on the Pearl. We carried on five bottles of wine in a open wine carrier. Once past security you are escorted to a table and asked to pay a $15 corkage fee per bottle.

Sometimes early in the boarding process the corkage fee table is not set up. In that case you just board without paying the corkage fee. That happened to us in two of the last three cruises.

We've carried on 10, 6, and 5 bottles of wine.

We are sailing on BA. Our wine bottles are one litter each (not 750 mL or 1500 mL, but 1000 mL). Will we be charged $15 or $30 per bottle? Did someone had experience with that? Thanks.

Only if they find it in your luggage, very very small chance
