Whiter teeth

Recommended Posts

I have had the dental whitenening done, which only cost me $125 (which isn't bad compared to some quotes I got), but my friend Kristy swears by the Crest Night Effects, and I have seen a noticeable difference in her teeth as well.

Wow Tamela - $125 is a great price.

I just got my trays yesterday ($400) but this is a treat to myself for quitting smoking. I've been smoke free since Oct. 5, 2003 at 3:15 p.m! I feel tremendously better. Sorry - not trying to turn this thread into a quit smoking thread. Anyways, I started my bleaching last night and could see a tiny bit of difference already. (Maybe just my imagination.) But I will be done with my whitening by time our 6/20 Alaskan cruise is here!

I have had my whitening trays for over 2 years now and love them! I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months and right after I come home I do the whitening with the trays. (Overnight as I sleep) My teeth are always just the right shade of white, not like little chicklets (the gum!) but just nice white teeth! Be careful that you do not over whiten! Elaine - congrats on quitting smoking! I hope it works out well for you. What makes the whitening price I received even better is that my boss reimbursed me for the expense after he found out I had gone and done it.

driftychick - I, too, love the speed and convenience of the tray whitening system - I go to bed at night with the trays in and wake up with a nice, white smile (no chiclets!).

Hi girls ~ The thing that I do in the a.m. while I'm having my coffee at work is I keep a glass of lemon water handy. Whenever I sip coffee, I take a sip of the water. It kind of keeps the tea and coffee stains off the enamel of my teeth. It works, really!!!
