RCI website and technology

Anyone cruising w/Royal Caribbean in the next 8-10 weeks and not been able to print your setsailpass? RCI brags about their technology, but can't resolve a website issue in 4 weeks time!:eek:

The SetSail pass part of the website is working fine for me. I've been using Firefox.

I know that strange things can happen or show on their website ....... but I did print my sail pass about a week ago and this morning I printed another one for our friends ...... no problems.

We go on Liberty Dec 20th, got an email Saturday that our docs were available. Printed luggage tags and setsail pass today, no problems.

We managed to do MTD reservations yesterday BUT couldn't do it how it's supposed to be done. Had to go to calendar, select add activity, select dining, select MTD and had to book and check out each day individually as it couldn't process more than one night at once:rolleyes:. Got there once I worked out how to get around it;)

 

Could get to speciality dining that way as well.
