Live from the Voyager 8/12-8/21

Hi-

This is our last night. This cruise went very well. Will post a detailed review upon return.

As with the prior 9 night, CD Becky had to leave mid-cruise due to a family illness. Really enjoyed her. Prayers are with her.

 

This sailing was smooth- pax behaved, no major problems... We seemed to bring good luck to the ship.

 

New dining room menus this year. Food was very good compared to last year. Saw some familiar faces in staff from last year- especially dining room and cabin stewards. However, many are on vacation now.

 

Go to sign off now- Used up my Platinum minutes.

We were on VOS in July. Regarding menu..

 

Take a close look on a fine print on each day menu. You'll see that menu itself are from different RCI ships. We had one from Brilliance of the Seas, next night from the Mariner, etc.

 

We turned it in a little game trying to guess which ship's menu we'd have that night. By the way for 9 nights NONE of the menu was from Voyager :)

 

We asked our waiter why is that. She was laughing that because VOS is the oldest ship from this class, she gets all leftovers from all newer ships :)
