Vibe pass for suite passenger

Hi everyone!

My husband and I are sailing on the Getaway in a Haven spa suite coming up in February. We're super excited! We've I have gone back and forth on whether or not we would get Vibe passes. I know we'll have access to the Haven, but from our experience it can get a bit crowded, especially during that time of the year.

We also like to have an adult place to get away for a bit. If we were to purchase passes- how do we go about purchasing them? Is the concierge able to do this right when we're escorted on to the ship or would one of us have to go to guest services right when we board? Has anyone had experience doing this before?

Thanks in advance.

We were on the Getaway in June. I can assure you you do not need Vbe passes if you have access to the Haven. Our sailing was sold out with lots of kids, and we never saw a kid up on the top sun deck of the Haven. We also never found crowds up there. Save your money, time and stress worrying about the Vibe passes and enjoy the Haven. ( oh, and I too wonderd and even considered buying a Vibe pass. I am so glad I didn't!)

If you want vibe passes when you board ask your butler they should be able to get it for you before everybody else. For non haven customers as many other posts suggest get to the port as early as possible to board in group 1 and go IMMEDIATELY to guest services to purchase one. They are 79.

I'm with Maja on this one. We went in March during a very full sailing and only one sea day was it pretty packed up in the Haven sun deck including chair hogs with towels on chairs but no people.

Kids didn't generally frequent the outside Haven sun deck area, they were more by the pool. It was very quiet in the Haven sun deck area.

Butlers do not get Vibe passes, they take care of the inside of the Suite items. The Concierge is the one to do this and they can do it at the pier while you wait to board. That will get it for you even before anyone else can get on the ship to get one. Your choice as to is it worth it. No one can assure you what the passenger load will be like on your cruise. Could be not a single child in the Haven, or could be 20-30.

Hi- how do you ask the concierge to get you the Vibe pass at the pier? do you ask when you are checking in? Thanks.

Hmmm this is good to know! I've been wavering, but my husband has been pretty dead set. Thanks for the feed back.

This would be after you get on the ship, correct? Not while you're waiting at the waiting area before boarding?

We've always had the concierge meet us in the VIP boarding area. He/she then takes orders for dining etc. Calls the appropriate area and makes the reservations. All before boarding.
